Group 300 – wide mesh – resilient – permeable

Group 300 belts have a wide mesh design. The spirals are produced using rolled wires with a rectangular cross section (flat wire). This results in a particularly flat surface.

Because the transported goods contact a very large area of the belt, flat wire belts are especially well suited for dissipating thermal energy from the transported goods (cooling), for introducing thermal energy, and for transporting glass containers in cooling furnace lines. The flat surface prevents the transported goods from tipping over.

Group 200 – close mesh – robust – high tensile strength

Group 200 belts have a fine mesh design. The gap width is approximately equal to the diameter of the spiral wire.

Wire with a round cross section are used to produce the spirals.
The high winding count makes these belts particularly suitable for high mechanical loads and they can bear high tensile loads when transporting goods.

Group 400 – wide mesh – robust – economical

Group 400 belts have a wide mesh design. They are produced from spirals with a round cross section.

Round wire segmented belts are a particularly economical variant, because manufacturing times and costs can be kept low.

Wire eyelet segmented belts

Group 800 – robust – permeable – stable tracking

Group 800 belts are made from individual wire eyelets connected to each other by means of crossbars. They are characterized by particularly good tracking stability, are extremely robust, and can be used for specialized transport applications. They are highly permeable, making them ideal for use in cleaning lines. With a positive drive, the belts can be used reliably in liquid media as well.

Group 500 – high tensile strength – wide mesh – economical

Group 500 belts are made from wire braids with a long pitch. Additional crossbars in the belts ensure better mobility between the spirals.

The belts are suitable for use in high temperature areas with very high tensile loads.

Group 3000 – tight – mobile – versatile

Group 3000 belts have multiple braids, a particularly tight surface, and extreme mobility. Group 3000 belts are made of flat wire spirals; otherwise the two groups of belts (3000 and 4000) are identical. They are used for transporting small parts at high temperatures, but also as cooling lines in the glass or baked goods industries.

Group 700 – lightweight – versatile – stable tracking

Group 700 belts are very lightweight and have particularly good directional stability. They are excellent for lightweight goods and are primarily used in the food products industry, for example for baked goods. When equipped with a positive drive, these belts can also be used in liquid media, for example for applying a chocolate coating.

Group 4000 – tight – mobile – versatile

Group 4000 belts have multiple braids, a particularly tight surface, and extreme mobility. Group 4000 belts are made of round wire spirals; otherwise the two groups of belts (3000 and 40000) are identical. They are used for transporting small parts at high temperatures, but also as cooling lines in the glass or baked goods industries.

Group 900 belts are produced from crossbars having S edges, welded head edges, or side chains. They are extremely strong and particularly low-maintenance. They also allow specialized nests to be installed on the crossbar for securely transporting specialized goods.
